The Opportunity

This track is grounded in financial reporting, audit, and tax-compliance experience. The work can involve reviewing statements, checking a spreadsheet model, examining an internal-control procedure, or explaining whether documentation supports a conclusion. The selected opportunity prefers at least five years of hands-on experience and strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.

For example, a financial model may calculate correctly while relying on an unsupported assumption, or an audit summary may omit evidence needed to support its finding. A useful review separates those issues, explains their significance, and records a clear recommendation. Assignments may also use realistic financial scenarios to demonstrate how an experienced accountant or auditor reaches a decision.

Advanced Excel skills and precise written explanations are central to this work. CPA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional certification is valued in the selected track. Each assignment defines the records, standards, and deliverables to review; this category does not promise ongoing client-account management or a fixed volume of work.
