The Opportunity

You do not need a technical background to explain whether an answer makes sense. This track is for adults in the United States who can read carefully, use a phone or web browser, and share observations in plain English. The selected opportunity involves reading sample government-service questions and answers, then assessing whether the explanations are useful and easy to follow.

For example, a review might involve checking whether an explanation makes the next step clear or identifying a point where instructions become confusing. Your contribution is the experience of an everyday user, supported by specific observations. Follow the assigned scenario and use only the information it calls for; these tasks are not a request to share private account details or personal government records.

The selected project is short term and describes approximately 5 to 10 hours a week. Task access and the actual schedule are confirmed during selection, so that estimate should not be treated as guaranteed weekly work.

  • Assess whether government-service explanations answer the question clearly.
